At MATRÉVOL, we take precision seriously. Every floor mat set is custom-made to order, based on the exact make, model, year, and trim of your vehicle. We don’t do generic sizing — we do tailored protection. That’s why we offer our Perfect Fit Guarantee.
What the Guarantee Covers
If your mats don’t fit your vehicle correctly, and you’ve provided accurate details at checkout, we’ll offer a free replacement — no questions asked.
To help us verify the issue, we ask that you provide:
- Clear photos of each mat outside the vehicle
- Clear photos of each mat installed in the vehicle, showing the misaligned areas
- At least 4 locations that demonstrate an improper fit
We understand that due to small design tolerances, a slight 3–5cm variation may occur depending on the vehicle. However, if the shape is clearly incompatible with your vehicle, we’ll act quickly to resolve it.
To Qualify for a Replacement
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide:
- Your order number
- Photos showing fitment issues
- Vehicle details: year, make, model, badge/trim, seat layout, registration number, and the Australian state the vehicle is registered in
We rely on this information to assess the case fairly and accurately.

When a Refund is Considered
If a replacement mat is issued and still doesn’t resolve the issue, a full refund will be issued no questions asked.
What the Guarantee Does Not Cover
- Change of mind
- Dislike of colour or design
- Incorrect vehicle details or selection at checkout
We encourage all customers to reach out before ordering if you’re unsure. Please provide your vehicle’s year, make, model, trim, seating configuration, and registration (including state) to help us verify the correct fitment.
Responsibility at Checkout
By placing an order, you confirm that the information submitted is correct. This forms a binding agreement with MATRÉVOL. We are not responsible for fitment issues caused by incorrect vehicle selection or option choices.
