Refund Policy

At MATRÉVOL, your satisfaction is our priority. We take pride in delivering custom-fit, luxury floor mats and seat covers tailored to your exact vehicle. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to support you.


Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase. After this window, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.


Perfect Fit Guarantee

We offer a Perfect Fit Guarantee — if your products do not fit as promised and all instructions were followed, we’ll provide a free replacement. If the replacement does not correct the issue, a refund will be considered.


Returns & Refunds

Because MATRÉVOL floor mats and seat covers are custom-made to your vehicle’s exact specifications, they hold no resale value and we do not offer standard refunds.

However, if a return is required despite our offered free replacement correcting the issue, the following applies:

  • A 50% restocking fee will be charged
  • Return shipping and packaging are the customer’s responsibility
  • Items must be returned in unused, undamaged, and original condition
  • Refunds are only issued after we receive and inspect the item
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

We do not accept returns due to:

  • Dislike of the product's style, design, or colour
  • Change of mind after 6 hours
  • Incorrect vehicle or option selection during checkout

Defects or Quality Issues

We offer free replacements or refunds if any manufacturing defects or quality issues are confirmed to be the fault of MATRÉVOL.

We only offer free replacements or refunds under the following conditions:

  • Not as Described: The product does not match the description on our website.
  • Does Not Fit the Vehicle: If you believe the product does not fit your vehicle, please provide sufficient evidence (see below section Fitment Issues).
  • Colour Mismatch: The product colour does not match the colour you selected when placing the order. 
Please Note: Some product images are digitally rendered, which may cause slight variations in colour when viewed on different screens. While we do our best to represent each colour accurately, actual shades may differ slightly in person. Slight difference in shades will not qualify for replacement or refund. Rest assured, we will always produce and deliver the mat closest to the colour you selected at checkout.

Fitment Issues

As MATRÉVOL floor mats and seat covers are custom-made for each specific vehicle, slight variation in alignment (3–5cm) may occur and is considered normal. However, if there is a clear shape mismatch, a replacement will be sent immediately.

To assess any fitment issue, the following is required:

  • Full photo of each product laid flat outside the vehicle
  • Photo of each product installed inside the vehicle, at every location claimed to be an incorrect fit
  • At least 4 mismatched locations must be shown
  • Photos must clearly display the area of misalignment or mismatch

This process helps us verify that the mats and seat covers were made incorrectly and ensures a quick resolution.


To Qualify for a Return or Replacement

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos showing fitment issues, colour mismatch, or defects
  • Vehicle details: year, make, model, badge/trim, seat layout, registration number, and the Australian state the vehicle is registered in

We rely on this information to assess the case fairly and accurately.


Ordering Responsibility

By placing an order, you confirm that all vehicle and option details are accurate. This forms a binding contract with MATRÉVOL.
We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect vehicle or model selected
  • Mistakes in address or delivery details

If you're unsure before ordering, please contact our support team for guidance — we can provide images, videos, or answers to ensure your selection is correct.


Additional Notes

  • Promotional or discounted items are non-refundable
  • As we offer free delivery, return shipping is always the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect
