At MATRÉVOL, we guarantee that any floor mat order placed at full price will be delivered within 14 business days from the date purchase.
If your mats arrive later than 14 business days, you’ll receive 10% off your floor mats — just contact us with your order number and date of purchase. The discount will be applied automatically to your original payment method after confirmation of the delay.
This guarantee is our way of rewarding customers who choose full-price priority service, which includes:
- Priority production queue
- Expedited processing and shipping
- Guaranteed fitment and delivery assurance
Important Conditions
To qualify for the Shipping Guarantee:
- Your order must be placed at full retail price
(No discount codes, collaborator promotions, or sale pricing) - Your shipping address must be accurate and complete
- The 14-day period begins on the day of purchase or next business day after purchase (weekends)
What Can Affect Delivery Time (Exclusions)
The following situations may delay your order and are not covered under this guarantee:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information at checkout
- Delay in providing required vehicle details if requested
- Courier issues beyond our control (e.g. AusPost or courier strikes, network failures, international customs delays)
- Severe weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure events
- Orders placed during high-volume periods (e.g. public holidays, Christmas, Black Friday)
- Remote or regional delivery addresses outside major metro areas
If your order qualifies for the guarantee and still arrives late, we’ll refund 10% of your mat price directly to your original payment method.
